Water degassing – OXYTRANS TR

For the production of steam, the degassed water is heated in a steam boiler. As oxygen in the water can lead to dangerous corrosion, the water is thermally degassed in the upstream degassing tank. Oxygen separates from the water until the evaporation phase and is blown into the free environment via the discharge line, possibly via a heat recovery system/heat exchanger, as so-called "waste steam". Where a valve is installed in this discharge line it is on fixed at the operating weak point when starting the deaerator. ApplicationThe Juice Aerator is used for the continuous and highly accurate injection of oxygen or sterile air into fruit juice. For yeast reproduction and growth and consistent fermentation, the specified oxygen content needs to be exactly reached.DescriptionThe solubility of oxygen in fruit juice depends on the temperature. The colder the liquid, the better is the oxygen solubility. Therefore, aeration is done after cooling of the juice.
