Centec produce skid-mounted, mix-proof valve manifolds for a large range of applications. Typically, they are used for distribution and regulation of liquids such as water, product and CIP medium.

As compact, prefabricated assemblies, valve blocks reduce space requirements, field welds and installation time on site. They are fully automated and designed to suit each customer’s specific requirements, e. g. with specific dimensions or adjustable feet. The product wetted materials and the surface roughness are selected according to the application. To achieve a high level of cleanliness in the pipework, orbital welding technology is typically used. Double seat valves prevent the intermixing of products and cleaning media. In addition to the design and supply of new valve blocks, Centec also modify existing valve manifolds. Such adaptions may be required due to the expansion or relocation of a process plant, or due to the addition of new routes and tanks.
