Automatic Line for Perfume Production

ZIGLER offers also fully automatic production lines to create products in glass packaging with atomizers (spray system).

Our lines boast productivity of up to 3,600 pcs/h with a capacity of 100 ml.

A typical automatic line is configured as follows:

1. Infeed table where operators put empty Pucks packages
2. Device blowing through empty bottles (to remove any contamination)
3. Line filling module (number of working heads: 8)
4. Automatic Rotary Module equipped with:
   – System of inserting atomizers into the bottle
   – Pre-crimping module
   – Atomizer crimping device
5. Atomizer sorter
6. Atomizer elevator
7. Automatic Rotary Module equipped with:
   – System of embedding decorative rings onto clamped atomizers
   – System of embedding decorative caps onto bottles
8. System of transportation between working units
9. Central control cabinet with computer

Zigler company also offers a „special” version of the line made in accordance with the ATEX directive along with valid certificates.
